Monument-This monument should put up in Malay Village at Geylang Serai-The cultural heart of the Malay community in Singapore. It is located at the East of Singapore which is also near to Aljunied Road.The outstanding height of Aljunied Monuments will soon become a tourist attraction as lots of tourists will flock to this area for shopping and sightseeings to experience different races and cultures Singapore has.
The crescent moon is to be placed on the top of it as every time you see the Muslim symbol of a crescent moon, you are seeing the ancient symbol of the moon god. The Crescent Moon heralds the beginning of the new month and the new year. During the period of Islamic Empire, the crescent moon was adopted as a state emblem.
Use white marbles as the exterior wall and passages from the Qur'an to be used as decorative elements over the whole monument. Not only will it bring out the Majesty but also the grandeur of the monument.
